PROCLAMATION
Our Mayor will read the official State of Wisconsin Proclamation, proclaiming May 16-18, 2025 as Syttende Mai Weekend.

ROYALTY
Introduction of festival King and Queen, and Prince and Princess. Syttende Mai Festival royalty will serve as festival ambassadors throughout the weekend.

MUSICAL PERFORMANCES

• Singing of the Star-Spangled Banner, the Norwegian National Anthem, and other Norwegian songs by Stoughton Area School District 3rd Graders. Directed by Lissa Benson - Kegonsa, Angie Kettner - Sandhill, and Thea Janisch - Fox Prairie.

• Norwegian Medley by River Bluff Middle School 8th Grade Orchestra. Directed by Keeley Denton.
