North Atlantic Cod

The national fish of Norway is Cod (Gadus morhua). The Norwegian word for Cod is torsk, which comes from theOld Norse word meaning “dried fish”.

Fish Camp on Lake Kegonsa

 Fish Camp, established in 1934, was located on the McFarland side of Lake Kegonsa.  The camp was set up to control the increasing population of carp inhabiting the lake.
